Warehouse equipment supply · since 2011

The equipment behind a warehouse that never stalls.

DynaLogic Select specifies, supplies and installs racking, materials handling, packing systems and the consumables that keep them running — for operators in six European countries who cannot afford a quiet afternoon.

What we supply

Four product families, one accountable supplier.

Most operators buy racking from one company, handling equipment from another and consumables from a third, then spend their week chasing three different delivery notes. We carry all four, quote them together, and install what needs installing.

01

Storage & racking systems

Adjustable pallet racking, drive-in, push-back, cantilever, mezzanine floors and shelving — designed to your pallet profile and forklift geometry, not to a catalogue default.

  • Load calculations and SEMA-format inspection handover
  • Seismic and mezzanine structural design where required
  • Column guards, mesh decking, rack-end protection

02

Materials handling

Electric pallet trucks, reach trucks, order pickers, stackers and dock equipment, supplied new or refurbished with a full service history and a five-year parts commitment.

  • Short-term hire and seasonal fleet expansion
  • Li-ion conversions and charging bay design
  • Operator training certified to national standards

03

Packing & despatch systems

Height-adjustable packing benches, carton erectors, void-fill, semi-automatic strapping and stretch wrappers, and conveyor sections that connect them into a working line.

  • Ergonomic bench design to EN 1005
  • Weigh-and-label integration with your WMS
  • Throughput modelling before you buy

04

Consumables & safety

Stretch film, tape, cartons, labels, edge protection, floor marking, bollards, barriers and PPE — on a scheduled replenishment plan so nobody runs out at 16:40 on a Friday.

  • Stock held for you in Poznań and Leipzig
  • Monthly or usage-triggered replenishment
  • Consolidated monthly invoicing

Fulfilment engineering

Layout is cheaper to change than headcount.

Before you hire a second shift, it is usually worth measuring how far your pickers walk. Our engineers model the pick face, the replenishment path and the despatch queue, then propose the smallest physical change that removes the bottleneck.

  • Travel-distance and touch analysis from your own WMS export
  • Slotting proposals by velocity, weight and cube
  • Pick-face rebuilds phased around live operations
  • Packing-line throughput modelled before a single bench is bought
  • Post-installation audit at 30 and 90 days, included

How a project runs

Five stages, fixed dates, one project lead.

You get one named contact from survey to handover — not a salesperson, then a scheduler, then a stranger in a van.

01

Site survey

A free visit within five working days. We measure clear height, floor flatness and loading, sprinkler and lighting positions, aisle geometry and door traffic. You keep the survey notes whether or not you order.

02

Layout & specification

A CAD layout with load calculations, aisle widths matched to your trucks, and a line-by-line specification. Where regulation applies — seismic, mezzanine, sprinkler clearance — the calculations are stamped by a chartered engineer.

03

Fixed quotation

One document covering equipment, delivery, installation, waste removal and the inspection handover. Valid for 60 days, and we do not raise variations for anything the survey should have found.

04

Installation

Our own crews, phased by aisle or zone so the operation keeps running. Nights and weekends where the schedule needs it, with exclusion zones and traffic routes agreed with your safety lead in advance.

05

Handover & aftercare

Load testing, a SEMA-format inspection report, operator briefing and an as-built drawing pack. Then an annual inspection reminder and a stocked spares list for the components most likely to be hit by a forklift.

“They phased the rebuild around a live pick face. We did not lose a single despatch day.”

Who we work with

Six countries, one delivery standard.

We supply operators whose warehouses look nothing like each other — a frozen-food cross-dock and a pharmaceutical picking hall have almost no equipment in common — but who all measure a supplier by whether the crew arrives on the agreed morning.

The floor loading question nobody asks until it is too late

Point loads under a racking upright routinely exceed what an old slab was poured for. Here is how to check before the steel arrives, and what a base plate and grout pad actually solve.

Why your pickers walk eleven kilometres a shift

Travel is the largest cost in most manual pick operations, and slotting fixes more of it than automation does. A short method for measuring it from a WMS export you already have.

Questions

Before you brief a supplier

Do you survey the site before quoting?

Always, for anything above €5 000. A free visit within five working days covers clear height, floor flatness and loading capacity, sprinkler and lighting positions, aisle geometry, door and traffic patterns, and any structural constraint that will affect the layout. You keep the survey notes and the CAD layout whether or not you place an order — they are useful even if you buy elsewhere.

How long does an installation take?

A 2 000-pallet adjustable pallet racking installation typically takes six to nine working days with a four-person crew, including load testing and the inspection handover. A packing line of six benches with conveyor takes three to four days. Mezzanine floors depend on span and stair count, but budget three weeks. We phase by aisle or zone so the operation keeps running throughout.

Can you work around a live operation?

Most of our installations do exactly that. We agree exclusion zones, traffic routes and lift plans with your health-and-safety lead before the first delivery arrives, work nights or weekends where the schedule requires it, and clear the working area at the end of every shift so your team starts the morning on a clean floor.

What are the lead times?

Consumables and standard handling equipment ship from Poznań within 24 hours. Standard racking components are five to ten working days. Bespoke or heavy-duty structures, mezzanines and anything requiring stamped structural calculations run four to seven weeks depending on steel availability, and we confirm the date in writing at order stage rather than estimating it.

Do you supply refurbished equipment?

Yes, where it makes sense. Refurbished trucks come with a documented service history, a fresh inspection and the same five-year parts commitment as new. We do not sell used racking components: mixing beam profiles between manufacturers is one of the most common causes of the collapses recorded in EU incident data, and the saving is never worth it.

What happens after handover?

You receive load-test results, a SEMA-format inspection report, an as-built drawing pack and an operator briefing. We audit the installation at 30 and 90 days at no cost, send an annual inspection reminder, and hold a stocked spares list of the components most likely to meet a forklift — uprights, beams, guards and mesh decks — for same-week despatch.
