What to expect between a signed order and a working installation — and how to send something back if the wrong thing arrives.

2. Delivery conditions

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00 CET, to a nominated unloading point. The customer provides safe vehicle access, a hard standing suitable for an articulated vehicle unless otherwise agreed, and either a forklift with a rated capacity for the heaviest item or advance notice that a vehicle-mounted crane is required. Waiting time beyond 45 minutes is chargeable at the rate in the quotation.

3. Checking a delivery

Count the pallets and check for visible damage before signing. Note any shortage or damage on the carrier's paperwork — a clean signature makes a transit claim very difficult. Report shortages or damage to [email protected] within 48 hours with photographs, and we will replace or credit without waiting for the carrier's investigation to close.

4. Installation scheduling

Installation dates are confirmed in writing at order stage and again seven days before the crew mobilises. If site conditions prevent us from starting — blocked aisles, no safety contact, stock still in the working area — we will attempt to work around it, but standing time is chargeable. Tell us as early as you can if a date needs to move; rescheduling more than five working days out costs nothing.

5. Returns of stocked goods

6. What cannot be returned

Made-to-order and cut-to-length items, mezzanine and conveyor components fabricated to your drawing, printed or custom-branded consumables, and any product that has been installed, drilled, modified or used. Racking components that have been erected and loaded are never taken back into stock, for the same safety reason we do not sell used racking.

7. Faulty goods and warranty returns

Report a suspected fault with the serial number and photographs. For handling equipment we will normally attend on site rather than ask you to crate a machine. Where a return is necessary within the warranty period, transport in both directions is at our cost. Outside the warranty period we quote before collecting anything.

8. Consumable supply programmes

Customers on a managed supply programme hold buffer stock in our Poznań or Leipzig depot. Replenishment is triggered by schedule or by consumption data you send us, invoiced monthly in one document, and released against a 48-hour emergency despatch commitment for anything on the critical list.
