DynaLogic Select Sp. z o.o. supplies warehouse equipment and consumables to business customers across the European Union. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, for how long, and what you can require of us under the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Controller and contact

DynaLogic Select Sp. z o.o., ul. Bułgarska 14, Hall B, 60-320 Poznań, Poland. KRS 0000418822, VAT PL7811894420. Data protection contact: [email protected], telephone +48 61 222 4180.

2. Whose data we hold

We deal almost exclusively with organisations, but the people inside them are still data subjects. We process data about enquirers, buyers, site contacts, warehouse and safety leads present during a survey or installation, and accounts-payable contacts.

4. Legal bases

5. Photographs taken on site

Surveys and installations are documented photographically. Our surveyors are instructed to photograph the building and the equipment, not people, and to obtain agreement from the site lead before taking any image in which staff are identifiable. Photographs are used in project files and, only with written permission from the site owner, in case studies.

6. Recipients

We share the minimum necessary with our installation subcontractors where used, our transport partners, structural engineers who stamp calculations, our accounting firm, our hosting and e-mail providers in the EU, and — for corporate credit checks — a business credit reference agency. We do not sell data and do not share it with advertising networks.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

All primary processing and hosting takes place within the European Economic Area. Any exception is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and assessed for supplementary safeguards beforehand.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. Complaints may be lodged with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or the authority in your own country.

9. Security

TLS in transit, encryption at rest for project files, role-based access, mandatory two-factor authentication for staff, and annual restore testing of backups. Survey tablets are remotely wipeable and hold no data offline for more than 72 hours.

10. Changes

Material changes are published here 30 days before they take effect; the date at the top always shows the version in force.
